Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of any pet hair or odors.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
